If tracking information reflects that a delivery has been completed, but you are unable to locate it please follow the steps below:
Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct. If it is not, please contact us.
If the delivery was completed, the package's tracking status or a delivery notice will indicate the location where the package was left by the driver. If your package does not require a signature it may have been left in your near area, such as the: front porch, back porch, garage entrance, side door. Packages that require a signature upon delivery will have additional information on the notice of delivery.
If your tracking information shows that the delivery was completed and signed for, the package may have been signed for by a neighbor. Check with other residents at your location to see if they have picked up the package.
