This is a trinocular stereo zoom microscope with a pillar-stand with extra-large base. It incorporates all the most excellent features of a high quality laboratory instrument. Designed to meet the demands of modern microscopy applications, this scope exceeds all expectations. It comes with SUPER widefield optics and super large stand. This microscope offers high resolution and good depth within a broad field of view. It provides crystal clear sharp stereo images with a 4" (100mm) native working distance. Its 45 degree inclined ocular tubes ensure an easy observation and rubber eyeguards provide further comfort.
The stereo optics provide clear, sharp images with excellent focus-depth and a large working-distance. With 0.7X-4.5X zoom objectives, moving through the magnification range is as easy as turning a knob. 10X and 15X eyepieces are included, as well as a 2X Barlow lens to provide an expanded magnification range from 7X-135X, with high-eyepoint optics to accommodate glasses or goggles.
The microscope also features a switched trinocular photo port for attaching an imaging device without the need to replace one of the eyepieces. The photo port is especially useful for attaching a video-capable camera for a live video stream that can be projected on a television or monitor. AmScope unmatched lineup of cameras offers endless possibilities, including computer-based imaging and measurements, time-lapse capture, and Wi-Fi or LAN networking.
This microscope is useful for many applications. It can be used in gemology, geology, forestry, archaeology, agriculture and biology. It is appropriate for educational purposes in hospitals and schools. It is great for the exploration of the world of surface details and fine structures of various materials like wood, metal, solder, semiconductor and gemstone. It is perfect for the examination of insects, plants, rocks, stamps, coins, jewel, soldered points, microelectronic components, circuit boards or virtually any three dimensional objects. This scope is an ideal tool for research labs, gemologists, collectors, engravers, watchmakers, jewelers, dies-makers, philatelists, and anyone in semiconductor or electronic industry.
This package includes a mechanical gliding stage and an 8W fluorescent ring-light for seamless lighting. The mechanical stage provides precision control over movement on the X and Y axes. The glass surface is useful for sensitive electronic components, and two clips are attached to secure specimens. The lightweight ring illuminator mounts to the microscope's objective housing, and projects a smooth, encompassing field of light over objects, eliminating most shadows. Whether used as the sole light-source or in combination with additional illuminators, the ring-light produces a crucial light pattern for virtually any application.
