All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughout.
Stage
Large stage 250 x 230mm equipped with a coaxial mechanical 120 x 78mm X-Y stage, delivered with:
- metallic insert standard with 12mm diameter hole and 25mm diameter hole
- metallic insert with a hole for the mechanical stage
Focusing Adjustment
coaxial 25mm coarse and fine adjustments, 2 μm precision, and with friction adjustment.
Illumination

Polarization
Standard polarization filter and 360° rotating analyzer.
Filters
Blue and green filters are mounted in the slider, which can be inserted at the back of the illumination attachment. Polarization filter in the slider, to be inserted under the nosepiece.
