The binocular head features super-widefield optics which provide a 30% larger field-of-view compared to 23mm optical systems. This lets you see more specimen at any magnification. The binocular viewing tubes use Siedentopf spacing adjustment to easily fit any user. For users with astigmatism or asymmetrical vision, the left ocular can be adjusted to fine-tune focus. The head is set to a 30° incline which is ideal for viewing from a standing position, and it can be rotated to view from different positions.
The objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels to easily focus in on minute details from 40X to 1000X. Additional 25X eyepieces expand the maximum magnification to 2500X with 6 unique levels. This covers magnifications needed for studying hair follicles, cells, and bacteria.
