The IN300T-FL is an inverted fluorescence microscope built for professional laboratories and universities focused on live-cell studies and a range of genetic research. It provides all of the necessary features for fluorescence, brightfield, and phase-Contrast microscopy in an intuitive and economical design.
The microscope uses an infinity-Corrected optical system with an expanded magnificatin range of 40X to 1000X. The four plan-fluor objectives lenses provide high-resolution, color-Corrected images with edge-to-edge sharpness. The 10X and 20X lenses can be used in conjunction with the provided phase-annulus plate for phase-Contrast.
For fluorescence applications, a 100W mercury-vapor arc lamp provides a powerful, broad-spectrum light-source for excitation. The included blue and green excitation filter blocks cover a large range of popular fluorophores.
The inverted format provides a platform for a wide range of vessels, including slides, culture dishes and flasks, and Terasaki plates. A camera can be easily mounted to the dedicated photo port for a live video feed and digital imaging.
The 3MP color sCMOS camera is designed for low-light applications. It captures still images and video, and allows you to view a live stream on your PC. The included Windows software offers image-development and measurement tools. Independent preview and capture resolutions allow you to view high-speed video while capturing high-definition images.
