The inverted form accommodates larger specimen containers, with multiple specimen templates and mechanical stage controls to improve workflow. High-resolution optics and phase-Contrast capability maximize contrast and clarity to ensure high quality images.
The infinity-Corrected optical system eliminates optical errors when using filters and other in-line components, ensuring highly-precise images. Five brightfield objective lenses and two sets of eyepieces provide a wide magnification range from 40X to 900X, with plan-achromatic corrections for high resolution, accurate colors, and edge-to-edge sharpness. Additionally, three phase-ring equipped objective lenses can be used for phase-Contrast observation.
The viewing head has a 45 incline and Siedentopf interpupillary adjustment for flexibility and comfort. The trinocular head provides a dedicated photo-port for mounting a microscopy camera for adding photo and video capture to the workflow.
The variable-intensity 30W halogen illumination system uses a fixed-height condenser with 72mm of working distance. A slide-in annulus board provides two centerable phase-Contrast annuli, as well as an open setting which can be used with colored filters for band-isolation or color-correction.
This microscope operates on 90-240V wide-band voltage for use in multiple international regions.
