Features:

• General purpose column having a PTFE stopcock, reservoir of the listed capacity and a top standard taper outer joint.
• Glass wool (not supplied) is used to support the column packing.
• Column is constructed using medium wall tubing.
• Can be used as a gravity eluted column or a flash column (as described by W.C. Still, M. Kahn and A. Mitra of Columbia University in Journal of Orga-nic Chemistry 43, 2923 [1978], and covered in U.S. Patent Number 4,293,422 dated October 6, 1981) when used with CG-1191 flow control adapter.
• Lower end of the column has a round bottom.
