Chemglass, CG-1197-10, Column with Fritted Discs, Chromatography, 24/40 Outer Joint, 100mL Reservoir, 1/2" ID x 8", 2mm Stopcock

Features:

• Similar to CG-1196 but with a coarse porosity sealed in fritted disc to support column packing.
• Column is constructed using medium wall tubing.
• Can be used as a gravity eluted column or a flash column (as described by W.C. Still, M. Kahn and A. Mitra of Columbia University in Journal of Orga-nic Chemistry 43, 2923 [1978], and covered in U.S. Patent Number 4,293,422 dated October 6, 1981) when used with CG-1191 flow control adapter.
• Lower end of the column has a round bottom.
