The IBI 100bp DNA Ladder, containing 12 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 100 bp to 3,000 bp. The 100 bp DNA Ladder is a unique combination of a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes and PCR products to yield 12 fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for electrophoresis. The enhanced intensity of the 500 bp fragment was designed for quick and easy determination of electrophoresis results. This product comes pre-mixed with 6 X loading dye and is ready to use, no dilution necessary. The typical load per/well is 5 µl. Contains sufficient product for 100 lanes.
