AmScope, FM820T-12CMC3, 40X-1000X Upright Fluorescence Microscope with Rotating Multi-filter Turret, 12MP Color CCD Camera
The FM820T is an upright fluorescence microscope with transmitted and reflected lighting, and a six-filter turret. The microscope is built around an infinity-Corrected optical system with a 40X-1000X magnification range, and Koehler diascopic and episcopic illumination. The powerful 100W, wide-spectrum, mercury-vapor episcopic illuminator uses a rotary filter-selector which can house up to six fluorescence filter-blocks., already included are ultraviolet, violet, blue, and green excitation blocks. The sub-stage illuminator uses a 30W halogen lamp with field-lens and diaphragm for even, high-Contrast lighting.
The backwards, quintuple nosepiece holds five plan-achromatic objective lenses, including: 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, and 100X (oil). The Siedentopf-design head features a 30 incline, and a 48-75mm interpupillary-adjustment range. A trinocular photo-port provides a stable, dedicated mount for an imaging system. The microscope uses coaxial coarse and fine focus-adjustment, as well as coaxial control over X and Y translation of the 7.2" x 5.6" stage.
The 12MP color CCD digital camera and software suite provide a high-resolution imaging solution for fluorescence microscopy. The 1" format CCD sensor balances resolution and sensitivity with its 3.1microm pixels, favoring higher resolution while retaining moderate sensitivity. The camera captures still images and video, and allows you to view a live stream on your PC. With software accessible for Windows, Mac, and Linux, it's a multi-platform imaging solution. The included Windows software offers image-development and measurement tools, as well as advanced compositing features such as image-stitching and extended-depth-of-Focus. Independent preview and capture resolutions allow you to view high-speed video while capturing high-definition images. for Mac and Linux, there is a lite version with limited processing features.
