The digital microFET Pinch is a digital pinch dynamometer that is used to measure pinch strength. The pinch gauge allows for measure tip, key and palmer pinch strength. Measurements are accurate and repeatable. The advantage of microFET Pinch is its digital design and display, to provide increased accuracy and precise measurement.
Features:
- Load cell sensor technology combined with electronic board providing more accurate pinch strength measurements.
- 60 lb. force capacity, starts recording force after .8 lbs. force applied
- Easy to ready LCD display shows peak force and elapsed time.
- Durable, lightweight pinch device.
- User selectable units of measure force reading: pounds, kilograms or newtons.
- Measure tip, key and palmar pinch strength
- Selectable units of measure: pounds (lbs.), Newtons (N), or kilogram-force (kgf)
- Starts recording after 0.8 lb. force to 60 lbs. in 0.1 lb. increments
- Accuracy within 1% of the reading
- Bluetooth enabled for wireless use with either clinical or data collection research software
- Uses coin cell rechargeable lithium ion battery
- Auto shutoff to conserve battery life
