IBI Scientific IB01010 6X Gel Electrophoresis Loading Dye, 5ml

Features:

• Used in agarose electrophoresis to follow the migration of nucleic acids
• Tracking Dye #1 is light blue and migrates at around 4 Kb in a 1% agarose gel (similar to Xylene Cyanol).
• Tracking Dye #2 is indigo and migrates at around 600 bp in a 1% agarose gel (similar to Bromophenol Blue).
• Tracking Dye #3 is magenta and migrates at around 150 base pairs in a 1% agarose gel.

The 6X Gel Electrophoresis Loading Dye is ideally suited for agarose electrophoresis of DNA, RNA, or nucleic acids. Its ultra-pure grade ensures quality and repeatability with every run. The light blue, indigo and magenta dyes will clearly show the migration of each run and the dyes migrate independently from the samples allowing the estimation of nucleic acids. The 6X Gel Loading Dye contains 15% Ficoll in a special Tris dye. The 6X Loading Dye contains three tracking dyes that make estimating sample migration easy and reliable.
